Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices crispy bacon crumbled 🥓
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Simmer until thickened.
  • Add Seasonings: Mix in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Combine and Bake: Toss the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce. Transfer to a baking dish, top with Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon.
  • Bake to Perfection: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
